- To respond to enquiries, give quotes and manage bookings.
- To confirm appointments and send aftercare guidance.

3. Booking and contact forms
Our booking form prepares your details as a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself. Messages on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
